Her Work Passions . . . Her reputation for excellence has kept her work alive and flourishing. She has become known for her insightful and Solution-Focused Individual, Couple and Family Therapy, as well as her dynamic Coaching and Teaching on the following subjects:

Training Others . . . She is currently an instructor for the San Francisco State Core-Strengths Coaching Program which she helped design and a Workshop leader for the California Multiple Sclerosis Emotional Wellness Series. Formerly, she was a psychotherapist in the Psychiatry Department of Kaiser Permanente, an adjunct professor of JFK University’s Graduate Psychology Program, a group trainer for Dr. Martin Seligman's International Authentic Happiness Coaching Program (UPENN) and a trainer for Ben Dean's Mentorcoach Program which trains therapists to be coaches.
A Former Dancer . . . A former modern dancer and choral singer, Catherine now keeps her creativity alive with learning and teaching International Folk Dance to children and families through the public school system.
Charitable Organization . . . She is committed to a social action group she co-founded with two other moms, called: "Creek Kids Care" involving children and teens creating art and stationery which is sold to the public to help fund a local Homeless Respite Center and a Preschool in Zimbabwe for children orphaned by AIDS.
Her 15 min. of Fame . . . As a celebrator of passages, she had her own big, wild idea when she initiated the art of belly casting to celebrate the pregnancy of Moms-to-be; she was surprised to get called in 2001 for an interview by The Wall Street Journal about belly casting, never imagining she would land on the front page.
Personally Speaking . . . She found her wonderful soul-mate late in life and has two vibrant teenage daughters who are successful in their own right.
