Why Teleconference?

A Word About Teleconference Sessions

As a therapist, I was completely skeptical of the teleconference format for groups. It seemed too impersonal and just not right . . . until I tried it myself and was a member of a 6-month teleconference training group. In a very short time, the one hour meetings became the high point of my week. I also formed collegial relationships that I still look to today.

Each session was easy to follow, informative, stimulating, fun and so convenient. I could sit in my office or home and be in the group by simply dialing a number. Also, the group bonded with each other even more quickly than some in-person groups. People laughed and wondered if the visual anonymity helped them feel comfortable sooner. Just try it and see.
